In short, ACTOY’s operating agenda is as follows:
- Delivering products providing children with a relevant and developing pedagogical challenge, primarily in day-care centres.
- Producing quality-products using sophisticated production-equipment to ensure uniformity and a large capacity.
- Developing and improving our own products and production-methods on a continuous basis.
- Marketing our products to selected suppliers supplying equipment to state and commune.
- Marketing our products to end customers globally using the web pages ACTOY.dk and ACTOY.com
- Searching for new markets outside Denmark and establishing contacts to suitable agents marketing our products.
- Supplying our customers and agents with specific knowledge and know-how in order to further the optimal benefit when using our products.
- Render our company values and work visible, and through that enhancing the environmental and living conditions.
- Securing the optimal conditions for our agents and customers for the purpose of obtaining economical and safe trade.

ACTOY’s work is based on a number of values which all contribute to a maximum of security in dealing with and using ACTOY’s products.
This means that a product is attached to more than the cost. It’s attached to all the values and characteristics the process of production reflects, the values reflected through the marketing and trade, and finally – the values we want the customer to experience when purchasing a product – service and presence.
Obviously the product must be in order. The quality must be first class. This is stated despite the fact that a product always can be improved, and a product which no longer gets developed is out of the game.
The production takes place in a verifiable environment which meets the Danish and European standards. This is the case in all matters of work and health environment, handling and disposing of products which are a hazard to the environment, supervising the subcontractors etc. We do this no matter where on the planet the production takes place.
We keep in contact with customers and suppliers, because a healthy firm is based on relations. It must be possible for all parts to influence the decisions we make through an open debate.
We will make the important motions and decisions within our company visible on a continuous basis.
