Delivery and sales conditions
General conditions
The listed prices are retail prices in € (euro), VAT excluded. We charge the shipping costs. The prices may be subject to price-increases.
Ordering goods
You may order your goods right now by finding the products you wish to purchase under the “product-menu”. Add them to your order form and complete the order by hitting the “finish your order”-key. You will automatically receive an “order-confirmation” which shows your order is carried out.
When we have received your order, you will receive an “order-confirmation” by e-mail (if you have informed us of your e-mail address). This order-confirmation will list:
- your order
- shipping costs
- shipment details (GLS, Post DK, Freight-service, DHL or other shipment)
- conditions of payment
- and estimated time of delivery at your address
If you have any comments or objections to your order, you must reply to our e-mail containing the order-confirmation. If we do not receive a reply from you, the order will be filled as planned.
You may also order your goods at ACTOY by telephone or by sending us an e-mail.
Payment
Payment can be placed into Bank account IBAN nr.: DK4605170000217730 (see the details at "contact informations") . It is not possible to place your payment online.
The conditions of payment are shown in the order-confirmation you receive upon your order-placement.
Private customers must generally pay cash in advance before the goods are shipped.
Delivery
We are usually well stocked with our standard articles and will deliver within 1-2 weeks, as long as the articles are in stock.
Damage caused by shipping
If the products are damaged due to shipping, or part of the shipment is missing, you are asked to inform us immediately.
Reservations
We make certain reservations on changes of prices and production.
